If you have been at the beach at sunset then I'm sure you recognize this view! If you are like me and don't live near the beach then you will want this painting in your home to take you back there every time you look at it.
I used lots of my favorite paint colors in layers with stencils and gelli printing to create the sunset on an MDF art panel, then added the sea oats silhouette in black. The panel has sort of a raised lip on it that serves as a frame so this piece is ready to hang on your wall in your home. I've sealed the artwork with a fixative so it will continue to look as nice as it does now for many years to come.
