I had a lot of fun creating the faux peeled paint effect on the background of this painting. Such a fun technique it was hard to stop adding more and more. The bluebirds are the stars of the show, perched there just waiting to make you smile. The piece is protected with a matte fixative to preserve the rich colors for years to come.
