Cedar Waxwings are often found in berry bushes and like to gather in flocks similar to starlings. They are named for the waxy red tips on the wings of adult birds which resemble sealing wax. The more red fruit they eat, the brighter these tips will appear.
The painting measures 5" x 7" and will arrive in an archival sleeve with a certificate of authenticity ready for framing and display. (The mat shown in the product photo is for illustrative purposes only and is not included with the purchase.)
