The format of these small watercolors reminds me of the old polaroid snapshots so I call this series my "watercolor snapshots".
It's amazing to me how quickly all the different mushrooms grow so tall seemingly overnight. I'm fascinated by all the different varieties we see when we walk in the woods. This one caught my eye, standing tall in the ray of light.
